One system with five Stations

Your Station turns advice into a sequence you can use.

Coaching, sales methods and operating systems can all help when they address the work your business needs now. Each Station names that work and the evidence that it is done. You can see what to do, what to measure and what to leave until later.

Find the First Unfinished Station

Station 1 / Ideation

Build a plan people can back.

Reduce uncertainty before you commit money and leave reliable income behind. Build a coherent plan that your partner, early customers and potential funders can understand and support.

What graduation requires

A written Permission Plan with agreed limits and permissions, followed by strangers who pay. Nigel’s workbook specifies five paying strangers, or two independent buyers paying full price for a few large contracts.

Station 2 / Experimentation

Find the work that earns its place.

Use real customer work to discover where buyers choose you and delivery pays. Reduce the cost of repeating poor-fit work before you build systems around it.

What graduation requires

The Declaration: a UBP earned in paid, profitable, repeatable work, decided together with the Cull List and the Vacuum Plan.

Station 3 / Inflection

Commit to the work that creates value.

Stop diluting your advantage with work that consumes capacity but weakens the business. Make a focused choice with the revenue, margin and cash consequences visible.

What graduation requires

The Declaration carried out: one promise kept to the customers looking for it, at a price that holds, with released capacity working on that promise.

Station 4 / Systematization

Deliver the promise without daily rescue.

Protect the customer experience while freeing the business from your routine interventions. Turn founder expertise into team capability, clear authority and reliable delivery.

What graduation requires

Named people and systems market, sell and deliver the UBP at the promised standard without routine founder rescue. Prove it through the 14-Day Test or a full operating cycle for longer-cycle work.

Station 5 / Category Leadership

Turn a strong business into real choices.

Build buyer preference, leadership depth and financial capacity so your next chapter is a deliberate choice. Protect the value you have built before optimizing, selling or multiplying.

Your next-chapter gate

An improving core, a widening moat and a market that seeks you out first. Prepare the Peak Decision: Craftsman, Merchant or Multiplier. There is no Station 6.
